Gina | Naperville Senior Photographer, Downers Grove Senior Photographer

This session was a long time in coming. I had originally scheduled this Benet Academy senior last fall! But weather made us cancel a couple of times, then we waited, and I think something else happened in winter or spring. So Gina here graduated, and then we finally got in her senior session! LOL I think it was meant to be, though, because this session was awesome, and I had planned other settings for the fall one. We also got to use my new mossy umbrella as well as my new loveseat – which I love! She was so much fun. I wish her luck as she goes away to Mizzou in the fall. Good luck, Gina!

Toddlerhood | Naperville Photographer, Wheaton Photographer

I last photographed this little darling a full year ago. I’d still recognize her anywhere with that beaming smile. But now she is walking ….and walking everywhere! LOL At two years old, she is on the go, and there was no containing her. Try as I might, she was not going to sit or stand still, so we rolled with it. She is such a cutie. Originally, we wanted to be outside, but it was positively STORMING when they arrived. Luckily, we were able to walk down the block at the end to just do a couple of outdoor pictures, as well.

I had the pleasure of meeting this lovely pregnant woman the other day for her maternity photo shoot. I look forward to getting the call about her baby! What’s with these moms who don’t have any stretch marks? Granted, I would remove them in editing, but I must say, I’m totally jealous that some women don’t get them. unfair! LOL

3 Months | Chicago Baby Photographer, Naperville Baby Photographer

I’m always flattered when people drive to me from the city. I know that commute can be a pain, and on this day, the weather was horrible, so thank goodness for a studio! This little three month old girl wasn’t super happy on this day, but we still got some great pictures of her. She did not like to do tummy time, so we improvised with what did make her happy. And what did she like? Being held in a standing position. I look forward to seeing her grow!

Li’l Heartbreaker | Chicago Hinsdale Baby Photographer, Naperville Photographer

When I first met Jayden, I think he was actually the very first baby that I put in this basket:

And now, 7 months later, look at how he’s grown!

He is absolutely adorable. When he came in, mom warned me that he was really exhausted and may not be very happy, but check out the great session we had. I should note that it was the shortest full session I’ve ever had, as we rushed to get the images before he was just finished with us. And as soon as we were done, he started crying and was ready to go to bed, but we certainly got what we needed. I can’t wait to see him again when he turns one!
